Christoph Morlinghaus

Part of the form/faith series about mid-century ecclesiastical architecture. Built by Gottfried Boehm, the Mariendom in Neviges, Germany is the only German building in the series. I was always in awe of how light and a few building materials like concrete, glass and wood can evoke a spiritual feeling. In Boehms Mariendom, light becomes the fourth dimension of architecture and highlights a structure that resembles bombed-out cities in postwar Germany. further sizes upon request: (unframed) 76,2 x 101,6 cm, edition 5+1AP 3,200€ net / 3,808€ gross 101,6 x 127 cm, edition 5+1AP 6,100€ net / 7,259€ gross 127 x 152,4 cm, edition 5+1AP 9,600€ net / 11,424€ gross 183 x 228,6 cm, edition 5+1AP 13,000€ net / 15,470€ gross
